Building future tech stars

Our Intern programme was developed with our schools, to provide greater IT support, and build pathways for students into the IT industry.

Our programme is available to every Fusion-supported secondary school. Our team are on the ground with your staff, providing the tools for students to meet their potential future in this thriving industry.

Combining academic learning with on-the-job mentoring, the programme creates skilled IT professionals in a third of the average industry time. Today, 15% of Fusion staff are paid interns, learning, earning and adding value to each school or business they work with.

Join us in lighting the path for our future tech stars.
