Our Support Portal has been upgraded to utilise Microsoft Azure Authentication, providing a more secure and streamlined user experience.
As a part of this upgrade, we need to migrate your account, which means an opportunity for you to create a new, stronger password to access the portal.
Heres what you need to do:
Click the link through to the Portal
Click "Forgot Password"
Enter your email, and select "Send verification code"
Check your email - you should receive your code from Microsoft on behalf of Fusion Support Portal B2C
Copy your code and enter it back into the verification box
Select verify code
Click continue and enter a new password.
All set! This will be your new password to access the Fusion Support Portal.
