Fusion support via Teamviewer

A how to guide for our schools accessing Fusion remote support.


The “School Remote Support” button can be found at the very bottom of this page.

Once you click on the “School Remote Support” button you will be redirected to the following page. This will download an application that is used to allow Fusion engineers remote access to your computer.

Open the downloaded application (TeamViewerQS.exe). You will find instructions at the end of this guide to find the Chrome download location if you are unsure.

Select Yes to allow TeamViewer to run on your computer.

Once you see the following screen your computer is ready to establish a remote connection with one of our engineers.


Select the 3 dots menu on the right-hand side of the Chrome window and click on Settings.

Type 'downloads' in the blue Search settings bar at the top of the page. This will return a screen showing the location that files are being downloaded to.
